My Experience With QHHT

QHHT stands for quantum healing hypnosis technique created by Dolores Cannon. It is a deep trance that connects with the subconscious to get answers about current lifetime issues. A QHHT practitioner can help to discover the truth; whether the answer comes from a past life, in-between life, or another world.

The image below is a list of all the wonderful abilities our subconscious mind can do. It is truly the best resource to go to when we need help.

QHHT can help with all the issues listed below and then some. When we find ourselves in an unbreakable pattern that we wish to end, a QHHT session might have all the answers tucked away in the subconscious. As I have explained before about Karma or life planning, we choose to bring forward a past-life lesson again, to experience it from a different angle.

For Christmas, I asked to have a QHHT session to find answers to my questions. Questions I have asked psychics many times and in many different ways. Never fully satisfied with the answers. I am stubborn, I know.

In the past, I believed hypnosis would not work on me. That somehow my will was too strong to go under hypnosis. But ever since I began meditating, I have changed my opinion. Because I am able to receive visions all the time; sleep or awake.

My QHHT Session

We set the intention before we began that I would allow myself to experience what ever I experience. She put me under at the normal time and I started to describe the image in my mind’s eye without trouble.

I was a little girl with a developmental disorder. Whose mother had died at an early age and I was left to be raised by nannies and maids by my father. I was home-schooled and not allowed to play with other children. Even though I wanted to try to play with others. I felt content inside my world, but sad about being isolated from my father.

As my subconscious was accessed, my eyes were blinking rapidly and my body had the sensation of being inside my physical body and just above it. My subconscious showed me that lifetime to explain the contrast between my life now. Which is full of family and people who love me. Even though, at times I feel isolated and misunderstood.

That lifetime helped me to understand that loneliness is a choice. A choice that I did not have to choose anymore. Last lifetime I was unable to make really meaningful connections due to my disability. But now, only I stand in my way.

Feeling blessed by the experience, I am happy I did it.

Crown Chakra Into Universal Oneness

The Crown Chakra is the last of the major centres in the body and I find it is the most ignored too. It does not come down to if you believe in God or not. This chakra connects us to the Universal and how we fit into All There Is.

When we experience loneliness, we are really feeling disconnected to All There Is. When I realized that I am part of a bigger picture, I finally felt real connection to the world around me. No one needs to find religion to balance this chakra. All we need to understand is how we fit into this world. And that can be what ever feels right to you.

Once we have opened and balanced the whole chakra system, we can start to experience how God wants us to live. Our energetic system should be a strong column of pure light, from the crown of our heads to our feet.

Our chakra system does go beyond our physical bodies, right into the Earth and straight up into the sky. There is more to learn and explore if we are feeling up to the challenge. The Crown Chakra is where the life force enters our system, also known as Reiki. Through the opening and balancing of this chakra, we allow for more life force to flow through us. And therefore get to enjoy expansion and connection like never before.

Learning Reiki also gives us a better understanding of our system and how energy flows and works inside us. Energy is all around us and when we learn to understand it and work with it, we will truly be creators of our reality.

Third Eye Chakra Into Perception

The Third Eye Chakra is the chakra that gets the most attention. The mind’s eye is a mystical part of our being, that some people do not believe in. This chakra houses the imagination, the ego, and the connection to the multi-dimensionality of our being-ness. Holds the last brain of the Mind, Soul and Body system.

The Third Eye Chakra is affected by heavy metals and mind-altering chemicals; drugs and alcohol. People can experience an energy overload in this chakra when other people around them are projecting toxic energy. Headaches may occur or general un-wellness.

Spirit Protection is very important to prevent this from happening. Practice cleansing your energy every day to prevent accumulation or use black crystals to protect yourself daily.

Working With The Third Eye

This chakra, I find benefits the most from placing a crystal right on top of it when laying down. It tingles and pulsates, as your vibration matches the crystals. I like to meditate with a crystal in my Third Eye, to get to know the crystal. Sometimes I get visions or impressions of what the crystal has to offer.

There are times when the Third Eye Chakra is closed for a reason. If suspecting this has happened, please consult with a Reiki Specialist, Past-Life Regression Hypnotherapist or a Psychic. We should explore and open the chakras to maximize energy flow and lower the side effects.

Once the Third Eye Chakra is open and active, be prepared for some interesting events. Sometimes visions start cartoony and we might see movement out of the corner of our eyes. This information can be frightening, if unprepared. Reading books and articles on other people’s experiences has helped me. I have appreciated the heads-up on some of the more unusual sightings I have seen.

Throat Chakra Into Authenticity

The Throat Chakra is the expression of the true self. It is how we communicate to the world who we are. The trouble is most people are lost when it comes to ‘who they are‘ and I can’t blame them.

When I linked my identity to my career, my role in my family unit and my role with my friends, I had discrepancies. We are not our physical bodies or our Egos. We are our Soul, the soul that lives forever and is an expression of Source.

So how do we find out who we are? With time and investigation. We start with what we are not; make a list of things that you know you do not like. Then work up into things you do like. Try to remember what used to make you happy when you were young and carefree. In there, will be great hints as to who you are.

Misconceptions

A misconception about Who We Are is that we think we are only the positive aspects of yourselves. That is not true, we are All; the good, the bad and the ugly. We all have light and non-light inside us. As soon as we recognize that about ourselves and love ourselves anyways, then we can start to be authentic.

I know my flaws and I know how they contributed positively to my life. Counter, I know my gifts and how they contributed negatively to my life. Knowing all this, I can paint a clear picture of Who I Am and make any changes to portray the correct True Self to the world.

Typically, for me, the Throat Chakra is the chakra that gets out of balance the most throughout the month. We do not need to express our Authentic Self through words all the time, we can express them through our actions.

When we align the Mind, Soul and Body as one, we will truly express our Authentic Selves.

Heart Chakra Into Unconditional Love

The fourth chakra is the centre of the chakra system. The Heart Chakra’s job is to evenly mix the energies from the upper (spiritual) chakras with the lower (physical) chakras. The Heart is the second brain of the body.

In today’s society, ‘Living a heart-centred life‘ is important. It’s humanity’s time to be balanced. Feeling with our hearts and making clear decisions with all our three minds; brain, heart and gut is the ultimate goal.

The Heart Chakra can be purified and energized by eating your green leafy vegetables. It’s true what your mother said all those years ago, we DO need to eat our greens. This chakra is about unconditional love and compassion; for yourself and others. Most people are comfortable with doing this for others, but forget to do it for themselves.

Healing The Heart

When I counsel people, one of the first questions I like to ask them is: “Do you love yourself?” And based on their answer, I can tell how their Heart Chakra is doing. It always surprises me when they say, “No.” I like to give them words of encouragement about why I think they should love themselves. The list I give them is as simple as the things that I like about them.

Come on and let’s be honest. When we say we like something/someone, really deep down we love them. We have just been trained to reserve our Love for special cases like; family and lovers. I would like to stop that practice and start a movement that is more honest about how they feel inside their Hearts.

A great exercise to express our feelings of Love is Gratitude. Writing in a gratitude journal every day or saying what you are grateful for everyday before bed, is an easy start. Gratitude heals the Heart and strengthens it.
